Bluewater Homestyle manufactures Faucets, Showers, Sinks and other fittings which are hand finished and polished. We endeavor to produce high-quality and long-lasting products, which stand the test of time both in their design and their quality. Warranty Information:

We warranty that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is effective from the date of invoice, see detail breakdown below. 

Faucet Cartridge 5 Years - (Replacement parts shipping  and handling charge will be $15.95)

       ◦ Limited lifetime warranty coverage for Chrome & PVD finishes. (“Lifetime”               means for as long as the original purchaser owns the product)

       ◦ 5 Years for Omega Powder Coated & Polished Gold.

       ◦ Living Finishes are warranted for workmanship only.

 

Repair or Replacement

Bluewater Homestyle warranty covers repair and replacement of Bluewater Homestyle products. If within the applicable warranty period the covered products shall be proved to the satisfaction of Bluewater Homestyle to be defective:

What we will do: We will restore any product whose finish proves to be defective back to its original finish at no charge during the appropriate warranty period stated above. After the warranty period, we will refinish any of its faucets at the prevailing appropriate charge.

What you must do: The faucets must be properly installed to our instruction and specification and are for residential use only. The faucets cannot be altered in any way. You must maintain and clean the faucets in accordance with the instructions provided;  Products must be maintained and cleaned in accordance with the care or cleaning instructions, cleaning practices including without limitation the use of cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents will void this warranty. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices, water, or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear.

How to obtain Service and support: Send your name and telephone number along with a statement describing the nature of the problem and your paid sales/invoice copy. Send an email to support@bluewaterhomestyle.com We will then contact you and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Do not send us any parts(s) of your faucet(s) or its various connecting hoses unless we have contacted you and have sent you an approved RGA form. All shipping charges for returned goods must be paid by the customers. Items sent with our RGA will not be eligible for any service or repairs.

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover crystal/glass or ceramic/porcelain products of any faucet or drain assembly or aerator other than the Chrome or PVD finishes. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by accident, alteration, misuse, abuse normal wear and tear, lime deposit, direct exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, or the color change that takes place with the passage of time or use in the manner contact to out printed instructions. In the case of in-the-wall installations, we will assume no liability if there is no access. In no event will we be liable for labor of any kind, incidental or consequential damage. This warranty is extended in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties whether oral to written. Many installation compounds are harmful to brass and metal finishes. The use of any lead-based or acidic adhesive, silicone, mastic, or plumber’s putty on or near our product will void the finish warranty. Use the only sealant which are neutral curing and are not reactive with metal and brass finishes.  

The warranties do not apply to:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear;

Products which have been repaired, altered, or modified in any way by the original purchaser;

Products repaired with parts other than original Bluewater Homestyle service parts unless previously authorized in writing by Bluewater Homestyle;

Products which have been installed, used, maintained, or stored other than in accordance with the care and cleaning guidelines, installation guidelines, and or product specifications provided to the purchaser by Bluewater Homestyle;

Products which have been used for purposes other than or in a manner contrary to the intended and normal use;

Products that have been used outdoors;

Products which have been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, freezing, accidental or faulty installation or maintenance;

Products damaged by the effects of dirt, salt water, air, hard water, limescale, or abrasive or aggressive cleaners;

Products damaged from exposure to extremes of high or low humidity and/or to rapid temperature change as well as variations in appearance which result from the normal expansion and contraction of wood as it responds to climatic changes in the home;

Products installed in a manner that does not comply with local code requirements; or

Products sold “as is”.

Product purchased from other distributors: If you have a warranty claim and you bought through a third party you need to contact your reseller.

Disclaimer:  In no event shall Bluewater Homestyle be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or the like) incurred by the purchaser. In no event shall the liability of Bluewater Homestyle under the warranty for any product exceed the purchase price of the product.

We reserves the rights to change, modify or alter its products as deemed necessary. This warranty supersedes any other warranties, whether oral or written.

Notice: Our products are ICC-ES listed and are tested to ASME A112.18/CSA B123.1-2011 and ASSE 1016 and comply with NSF/ANSI 61-2011 and NSF372 - 2010 for basin faucet, bar faucets, and kitchen faucets as required.
